Level Seven Architects is wholly owned by its three Directors, Trevor Brown (Managing Director), John Medley (Director) and Dawn Ross (Financial Director).   The Practice was founded in 1988 and has been a Limited Company since 1997.

Every project of whatever size and type will benefit from Level Seven Architects involvement.   We have the proven capability of successfully taking every project through from Initial Inception to Final Completion.

Since our inception, we have mainly specialized in commercially orientated architectural projects, particularly retail, office and business park developments.   More recently, we have been involved in a significant number of mixed use developments, usually incorporating a substantial residential component.  

In addition to these more commercially orientated projects, our design ability and creativity means we can successfully undertake any type or size of architectural project and examples of this include healthcare and other community orientated projects.  

Our substantial portfolio of successfully completed projects includes not only new build, but also several refurbishment and part refurbishment projects, including Listed Buildings.

In addition to architectural and interior design, the Practice has proven expertise in master-planning, fitting-out and signage design and the provision of all architecturally related project presentation material, such as perspectives and other specialist artworks, corporate design, animations and models. Therefore, we are able to provide the Client with the ability to 'one stop shop' for all aspects of architecturally related building design.

In terms of the services we provide on a particular project, both our completed and ongoing portfolio comprises of a mix of "Full Service Architectural" and "Concept & Scheme Design Consultancy".   We are happy to undertake whichever role best suits the requirements of a Client in any particular instance.
